Anupam Rasayan India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/07/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25, to the members of the Company and to fix the Record Date for this purpose and to issue and allot 39,14,886 equity shares on preferential basis pursuant to conversion of equal number of warrants issued and allotted on January 23, 2024 under preferential issue.
