Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33(3)(d) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, 14 November 2025, inter alia considered and approved the Standalone Un-audited financial results of the Company along with Limited Review Report by the Auditors for the quarter and the half year ended 30 September 2025.
