Garware Technical Fibres Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Reg 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, as amended, we inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Garware Technical Fibres Limited ("the Company") will be held on Monday, January 29, 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following: - the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023; - a proposal for buyback of the equity shares of the face value of INR 10/- each of the Company including matters related / incidental thereto. Please be informed that the Trading Window is already closed for the designated persons of the Company, from Monday, January 1, 2024, for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.
