Shivkamal Impex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shivkamal Impex Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 01, 2022 at the registered office of the Company at Ground Floor, Block-P-7 Green Park (Extn.), New Delhi- 110016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated June 30, 2022, the trading window of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons framed by the Company, has been closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. till August 03, 2022 (both days inclusive).
