Pursuant to clarification issued by BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, the Trading Window for dealing in Company's securities shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from October 01, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated person and immediate relatives of the designated persons.
