The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the registered office of the situated at 1, Tara Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur 302006 Company at 03:00 P.M. approved that the registers of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain close from Wednesday, September 20, 2023 to Tuesday, September 26, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 03:00 P.M. through video conferencing/other audio video means.
