With reference to captioned matter, please note that the Company has received an e-mail from BSE Ltd in relation to Corporate Announcement submitted by the Company on July 13, 2023, at 04:45:44 P.M. under regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) regulations, 2015 stating that the required details under and reference of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2022, are not mentioned in above referred announcement and therefore Company is directed to submit the fresh corporate announcement. In relation to aforesaid, we hereby clarify that even though the reference provided gives reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, the requisite details entered in the corporate announcement matches with the guidelines outlined in the 2023 Reg. 30 circular. However we acknowledge the discrepancy which inadvertently mentions the reference of 2015 Reg. 30 circular due to the Company''s Unfamiliarity at the time of Submission.
