Vishal Bearings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve standalone audited financial result for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023 and to transact any other business with the permission of the Board. In this connection, earlier as on March 30, 2023, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities will remain closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023.
