Based on recommendation of NRC, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Vimal Chand Jain (DIN:00295667) as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 06.08.2025 on such terms and conditions as approved by BOD, Subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing AGM.
