Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, At its meeting held on Friday, 30th May, 2025, has inter alia transacted the following business: 1. Financial Results: (iv) Approved the Audited Statement of Cash Flows, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the Twelve Months ended 31st March, 2025; (v) Taken note of the Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Messrs. O.P. DAD & CO, Chartered Accountants, on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. The Auditors have issued the said Reports with unmodified opinion; and (vi) Declaration regarding Audit Report with unmodified/unqualified opinion. The aforesaid documents are enclosed in terms of 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).
