Alstone Textiles (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/10/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated September 24th, 2025 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 for approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares of Rs.1/- per share at par or any other eligible securities, through one or more of the permissible modes including but not limited to qualified institutions placement, rights issue, preferential issue, further public offer, etc., subject to requisite approvals under the applicable laws, including approval of shareholders of the Company, as may be required, in this regard the said Board Meeting has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on Thursday, 09th October, 2025.
