Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 15,805.53 lakh, up 133.19% from Rs 6,777.81 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 110.26% from Rs 7,516.99 lakh in Q4FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 2,249.76 lakh, representing a recovery from a Net Loss of Rs 1,974.68 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 104.61% YoY compared to a profit of Rs 1,099.55 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Consolidated Revenue from Operations reached Rs 21,062.98 lakh, a 351.62% increase compared to Rs 4,663.81 lakh in FY25. Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 8,545.93 lakh, up 49.55% QoQ from Rs 5,714.24 lakh and up 52.77% YoY from Rs 5,593.99 lakh. Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 15,408.99 lakh, a substantial increase compared to Rs 96.36 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 1,567.83 lakh in Q4FY25, primarily due to exceptional gains. For the full year FY26, Standalone Operating Income reached Rs 10,895.74 lakh, a 298.75% increase from Rs 2,732.46 lakh in FY25. Standalone Total Income for FY26 was Rs 26,623.16 lakh, up 45.15% YoY from Rs 18,341.49 lakh in FY25. Trading Segment: This segment contributed Rs 4,167.91 lakh to the consolidated revenue in FY26, compared to nil in FY25. Others Segment: This segment, encompassing process management, Shared Business Support Services, IT Infrastructure Sharing, and NBFC related services, earned Rs 1,209.09 lakh in FY26, up 70.24% YoY from Rs 710.23 lakh in FY25. Dividend: The Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of Rs 2/- per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
