IT Consulting & Software company 63 Moons Technologies announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 17,207.19 lakh, representing an increase of 8.87% QoQ from Rs 15,805.53 lakh in Q4FY26 and a growth of 81.85% YoY compared to Rs 9,462.17 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 13,632.32 lakh, showing a marginal growth of 2.31% QoQ from Rs 13,324.11 lakh in Q4FY26 and a substantial increase of 349.52% YoY from Rs 3,032.64 lakh in Q1FY26. Other Income for the quarter Q1FY27 was Rs 3,490.64 lakh, compared to Rs 2,431.17 lakh in Q4FY26 (up 43.58%) and Rs 6,417.32 lakh in Q1FY26 (down 45.60%). The Group reported a Net Loss of Rs 3,968.19 lakh for Q1FY27, as against a Net Profit of Rs 2,249.76 lakh in Q4FY26 and a Net Profit of Rs 307.95 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit/(Loss) before Tax from continuing operations for Q1FY27 was a loss of Rs 4,628.87 lakh, compared to a profit of Rs 3,365.86 lakh in Q4FY26 and a profit of Rs 137.55 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 stood at a loss of Rs 3,928.86 lakh, versus a profit of Rs 2,309.08 lakh in Q4FY26 and a profit of Rs 293.33 lakh in Q1FY26. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was Rs (8.61), compared to Rs 4.88 in Q4FY26 and Rs 0.67 in Q1FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 7,112.98 lakh, a decrease of 16.77% QoQ from Rs 8,545.93 lakh in Q4FY26 and an increase of 4.82% YoY from Rs 6,785.64 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 3,611.90 lakh, down 24.31% QoQ from Rs 4,771.84 lakh in Q4FY26 but up 40.67% YoY compared to Rs 2,567.68 lakh in Q1FY26. Other Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 3,501.08 lakh, compared to Rs 3,774.09 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 4,217.96 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit for the quarter Q1FY27 stood at Rs 314.88 lakh, showing a sharp decline of 97.96% QoQ from Rs 15,408.99 lakh in Q4FY26 (which included exceptional gains) and a drop of 81.81% YoY from Rs 1,731.01 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit before tax for Q1FY27 reached Rs 400.62 lakh, versus Rs 16,663.34 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,808.94 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 318.42 lakh, compared to Rs 15,408.56 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,707.27 lakh in Q1FY26. Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.68, compared to Rs 33.44 in Q4FY26 and Rs 3.76 in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Software services / IT Solutions: Segment revenue grew significantly YoY to Rs 12,817.17 lakh in Q1FY27 from Rs 2,826.42 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment result was a loss of Rs 502.59 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to a loss of Rs 2,113.15 lakh in Q1FY26. Others (Process management, support services, etc.): Segment revenue increased to Rs 904.63 lakh in Q1FY27 from Rs 223.68 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment recorded a loss of Rs 3,010.58 lakh in Q1FY27. IL&FS; Investment: The Company had invested Rs 20,000.00 lakh (face value) in Secured Non-Convertible Debentures of ITNL (an IL&FS; subsidiary). To date, the Company has received an interim distribution totaling Rs 7,228.49 lakh. The Company has impaired and written off Rs 13,557.10 lakh till March 31, 2025, and is hopeful for the recovery of the remaining carrying amount of Rs 870.06 lakh. Yes Bank Investment: The Company invested Rs 30,000.00 lakh (face value) in 9% Yes Bank Perpetual Additional Tier I (AT-1) Bonds. These bonds were written down permanently by Yes Bank. Legal challenges are currently pending before the Supreme Court. Adopting a conservative approach, the Company has impaired and written off Rs 10,000.00 lakh in earlier years. NSEL Scheme of Arrangement: The Board of Directors approved a Scheme of Arrangement between National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) and Specified Creditors involving a settlement amount of Rs 1,950.00 crore. The scheme was sanctioned by the NCLT on November 28, 2025, and subsequent appeals against this sanction have been dismissed by the NCLAT and the Supreme Court. Dividend Matters: The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 2/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2026. However, due to a past ad-interim order from the Bombay High Court, the company has not distributed final dividends for several previous years, aggregating to Rs 9,307.86 lakh. Long-term Investments: During Q1FY27, the company made additional long-term investments aggregating Rs 1,500.00 lakh in its subsidiary, National Spot Exchange Ltd (NSEL), which was written off during the same quarter.
