This is in continuation with the earlier outcome submitted for the board meeting held on 13th February 2023 to the exchange. This is to inform you that due to the 'Reclassification of expenses which were erroneously classified', there is a revision in the Consolidated Profit & Loss Statement under the sub-heads of Expenses Head. Further, since it was only erroneous classification of the expenses, all the other figures remain unchanged. The said copy of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter & Nine Months ended December 31, 2023, is enclosed, in pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
