Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 , the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October ,2023 till 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for consideration of the Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2023(both days inclusive). During the said closed period Trading Window Period, the employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel,Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relative or any other insider shall not trade in Company''s shares/ securities.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September ,2023 will be intimated in due course.
