In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person(s) and their Immediate Relatives, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Person(s) and their Immediate Relatives from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 and shall remain closed till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Result for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
