The Shareholders of the Company at the 25th Annual General Meeting held on June 10, 2025, have approved the appointment of M/s Nilesh A. Pradhan & Co. LLP, Company Secretaries, Mumbai as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from April 01, 2025, March 31, 2030.
