Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected person, fiduciaries and intermediaries from the end of quarter i.e January 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
