The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th April, 2025 has approved the appointment of M/s Nilesh A Pradhan & Co. LLP , Company Secretaries, Mumbai , as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for period of 5 consecutive years commencing from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2030., subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General meeting.
