With reference to the above the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading window in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the Trading Window for trading in company's securities shall remain close for all Employees/Directors/KMP/Designated Persons of the Company with immediate effect i.e. 29th March, 2022 till end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2022.
