The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on Tuesday 18th August, 2026. The board discussed and approve the following: 1. The Board of Directors approved the book closure date being 23rd September, 2026 to 29th September, 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. The notice of AGM was placed before the Board and hence approved. The date of AGM decided is 29th September, 2026. 3. The Board of Directors have appointed Ms Neha Poddar as scrutinizer.
