Pursuant to Section 91 of Companies Act 2013 & Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 22nd September, 2022 to Wednesday, 28th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
