Please note that as intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 26th September, 2022, the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed for designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2022, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
