Further, pursuant to Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, our Company had appointed M/s Skyline Financial Services Private Limited (SEBI Registration No: INR000003241) as its Registrar & Transfer Agent ('RTA') and they continue to act as the RTA of the Company till date.
