Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Obligations"), read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3672/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the stock exchanges that the Company''s wholly owned subsidiary, Everest Buildpro Private Limited ("EBPL") has vide its letter dated March 26, 2026, informed the Company that on March 25, 2026, EBPL has allotted 154,150 partly paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 8,289/- per equity share, to the Company. Prior to and after the aforesaid subscription, Everest Industries Limited ("the Company") shall continue to hold 100% of the equity share capital of Everest Buildpro Private Limited, and accordingly, there shall be no change in the shareholding pattern of the subsidiary. Hence, this disclosure is not mandatorily required.
