We wish to inform that, Meeting of Committee of Creditors of the Company (Corporate Debtor) was held on Thursday, the 6th Day of January 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at IDBI Bank Ltd. NPA Management Group, #5-9-89/1 & 2, Chapel Road, Hyderabad - 500001, Telangana. The revised resolution plans were placed before the COC and each resolution plan was discussed at length. The COC negotiated with the Resolution applicants for further improvement and some of the PRAs agreed for the same.
