Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including immediate relatives of such Designated Persons of the Company from 01st January, 2024 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 and 48 hours thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
