No. 608 of 2019 in CP (IB) No. 421/7/HDB/2018 under which Hon'ble NCLT approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Vaman Bhagya Private Limited (Resolution Applicant). The said order has been passed on October 30th, 2019 and its certified true copies received on December 18th, 2019. Further, certified copy of the above NCLT order has been duly submitted to your good office through email Dt. 14/11/2019, 15/11/2019 & 10/02/2020 and also sent the same via courier service of DTDC vide consignment no. H16796054 (dispatched) on 15/11/2019. Further, Resolution Applicant has also forwarded the same through email Dt. 08/02/2020 and through Indian Registered Speed Post vide consignment no. EN411621267IN (dispatched) on 08/02/2020.
