Outcome of Board Meeting
Sancia Global Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2013, inter alia, has proposed the appointments of M/s. M. Mukherjee & Associates as a new statuary Auditor of the Company for casual vacancy in the place of Existing auditor M/s A. Goswami & Co who expressed their inability to continue because of his ill health.
