Pursuant to the provisions of clause 4 of Schedule B of PIT Regulations, the Trading Window of the Company for designated persons shall remain closed from 01st April, 2025 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the 04th Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025.
