Sagar & Associates(Firm Registration No. 000118) as Cost Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025 - 26 Appointment of M/ s. B V Saravana Kumar, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five (5) consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
