Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and any amendments thereto, and in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the company, the trading window for dealing in the company''s securities for all directors, promoters, designated persons, including dependents and immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 01-04-2025 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results(Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD-PoD-2?P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19th July 2023, the company has ensured freezing the PAN of all designated Persons and their immediate relatives during the Trading window closure period. The date of board meeting for declaration of Audited Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March 2025, will be intimated in due course.
