Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 26th September 2025, based on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has re-appointed Mrs. Ritu Mohatta (DIN : 08860676), who is an existing Director of the Company, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, for a further period of 5 years commencing from 26th September 2025.
