This is to inform the exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. Tuesday, 24th May, 2022, have approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. The Statutory Auditors have given Audit Report with Unmodified Opinion for the year ended 31st March, 2022. The copy of the said results along with the Auditors Report is attached herewith.
