The Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the PIT regulations from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
