With reference to above captioned subject, this is to inform you that Mr. Mohammed Khaleequr Rahman, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director has tendered his resignation from the Board as Director of the Company due to some personal reasons and other per-occupations with immediate effect. The resignation letter has been placed before the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting held today i.e. February 14, 2025 for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation.
