This is to inform you that the Company came to know today, about the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Aniruddh Singh (DIN: 02961295), Non- Executive, Independent Director of the Company, on Wednesday, March, 10 2021. Mr. Aniruddh Singh was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on September 20, 2017 and played crucial leadership roles through which the Company immensely benefitted. Mr. Aniruddh Singh 's sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
