This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Reg 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circulars issued from time to time is not applicable to the company who have claimed exemptions under Reg 15 (2) of LODR. The paid up capital of the company is Rs. 50130500 (Issued capital 50153000 less calls in arrears Rs. 22500) and Net worth of the company is Rs. 16696444 as on 31st March 2024, which falls in the ambit of exemptions and hence, the company is not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report.
