To take note of resignation by Mr. Harigovind from the position of CFO effective from the closure of business hours on 31-3-2025 2. Appointment of Mr. C Srinivasan as Chief Financial Officer , key managerial personnel with effect from 1-4-2025 3. To enter into power purchase agreement with Neogreen Power Private Limited Bangalore for purchase of solar power for Unit 1 of the Company at Kattemalalavadi Village, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District. 4. To invest in the equity shares of Neogreen Power Private limited, Bangalore not exceeding Rs. 81 lakhs in connection with purchase of power.
