As per Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Friday, 14th November, 2025 has Approved Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports as issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
