Members are hereby informed that Mrs Venu Jhanwar , Non- Independent, Non Executive Director and Mr Ramesh Jhanwar , Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 04th May 2021 and in their place, Mr. Dhruv Jhanwar has been appointed as an Non- Independent-Non executive Director and Mr Siddhartha Chopra Executive Director of the Company with effect from 04th May 2021 and will hold the office till conclusion of next Annual General Meeting Please note that Mr. Dhruv Jhanwar & Mr Siddhartha Chopra, who has been appointed as a Director by the Company, have not been debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
