This is to inform you that the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives with effect from 1st April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results (standalone and consolidated) by the Company for the 4th quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2025.
