Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A (4)(f) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board has declared an Interim Dividend of ?0.05 (Five Paise) per equity share of face value ?1/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of said interim dividend will be Friday 21/11/2025. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within the prescribed timeline as per Regulation 43A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
