As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all Insiders / Designated Persons from January 1, 2025 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
