This is to inform you that as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till end of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
