Noted RBI''''s approval dated September 17, 2025, for voluntary surrender of the NBFC Certificate of Registration, making amendments to the MOA and AOA, approved by shareholders on June 19, 2025, effective. 3. Noted change in Industrial Activity Code in line with the revised main object clause pursuant to RBI approval.
