Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, in their meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, July 21, 2026, have approved the appointment of Ms. Sneha Bahuguna (Membership No. ACS 79973) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 21, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
