The Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 2,50,00,000 (Two Crores Fifty Lakhs) Fully Convertible Equity Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to 1 allottee on August 14, 2026 at an issue price of Rs. 4.00/- per warrant including a premium of Rs. 3.00/- per warrant on preferential basis in fourth tranche in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
