The Board at its meeting held today have approved raising of funds of equity shares by way of rights issue for an amount not exceeding Rs. 200 crores in accordance with Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018. The detailed items in relation to rights issue, including but not limited to issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing and terms of payment for the purpose of giving effect to the right issue will be determined and intimated in due course.
