To consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025 as per the requirement of Regulation- 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. To Recommend Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any. 3. To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
