Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i) The Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine month period ended on December 31, 2024, along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors thereon; (ii) The fund raising for an amount of up to Rs. 150 crores, by way of issue of equity shares through Qualified Institutions Placement ('QIP') under applicable laws pursuant to SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 and Companies Act' 2013, as amended, subject to the receipt of necessary approvals, including the approval of the members of the Company, and such other regulatory and statutory approvals as may be required; (iii) The notice seeking shareholder's approval for the fund raising through qualified institutions placement and other businesses, if any; and (iv) Any other matter.
