Further, according to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has closed the trading window from 01st January, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 which has been already intimated to you vide our letter dated December 27, 2024.
